The job board is free and always will be. Every listing points to an employer’s site; confirm details there before relying on them. Nothing is for sale right now, and no listing is ever behind a payment.

MedSales Radar is run by MedSales Radar LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. “We” and “us” in these terms mean MedSales Radar LLC.
Updates are scheduled twice daily but failed or incomplete reads can delay changes. Employer descriptions are organized with normalized formatting, locations and derived labels. A listing is not a promise the role remains open.
Experience, industry, call point, product type, travel, perks, education and background labels can be incomplete or wrong. Some broad pharmaceutical physician-office classifications are marked as assumptions. A 1099 label is not a legal determination.
Individual listings may show labeled annual, hourly or on-target earnings ranges. Salary-guide and report statistics describe advertised annual base pay, excluding hourly rates and ranges identified as on-target earnings. They do not represent every job or actual earnings.
MedSales Radar is not selling plans right now. Nothing can be bought on the site, and Business is not open to new accounts. Every feature is free: every filter and the jobs map’s tools for everyone, and, with a free account, daily or weekly alerts, up to ten territory watches and alerts for named employers.
If you already pay for a Pro or Business subscription, it carries on as before, billed in advance through Stripe, until it ends or you cancel it. You can manage or cancel it from your account page. Within 14 days of any payment, ask for a full refund. The refunds and cancellation policy forms part of these terms.
Each account is for one person: do not share your sign-in, and a colleague who wants a paid plan needs their own account. Account deletion removes account data from the active database and attempts to end subscriptions immediately. It does not automatically issue a refund. The privacy policy explains separate support, billing and hosting records. Alerts are opt-in.
Figures from the reports may be quoted and published with credit. The monthly dataset files are free under CC BY 4.0, every edition: anyone may download, share and adapt an edition licensed CC BY 4.0, including commercially, with credit to MedSales Radar. Each file names its own license, and that is the license that applies to it: the September 2026 files, first licensed to Business subscribers, were relicensed CC BY 4.0 on October 24, 2026. Business data (the live openings database, scorecards, markets, the market events file, velocity, hiring by area, alert emails, the private spreadsheet links and the weekly data email) is licensed to the one Business subscriber, for their own work, including for their employer and clients. They may share figures, charts and extracts of up to 50 rows with colleagues and clients, with credit; not the files, the links or their sign-in, and not resold or loaded into a product others use. When Business ends the links stop; downloaded files and finished work may be kept under the same rules. None of it licenses employer posting text.
