Start with your city or ZIP, and add a role, product or employer keyword beside it. More filters — industry, product line, where you sell, experience, base pay and roles posted this week — open beneath. The starting radius is 50 straight-line miles, not a driving-time estimate. Click a state to enlarge it; every pin there is a city with openings, sized by how many.
A listing receives a pin only for a city explicitly named by the employer. Multi-state territories, broad regions and remote roles with travel stay off the pin layer and appear in the companion list when their named state or region overlaps the current view. Missing geography remains unknown rather than being placed at a guessed center.
Counts come from the same listing database as the job board. Cached counts refresh after each scraper run; the open map checks for updates each minute while the tab is visible. Employers are checked twice daily, and postings may close between checks.
Everyone, with or without an account, can explore states and cities, search and filter the map, see what is new this week, place a 50-mile circle and drag it anywhere, and read three matching role previews per selection, with every role one click away on the free board. A free account can turn a circle into its free weekly alert and remembers what is new since your last visit. Pro adds resizing the circle, drawing and reshaping your own area, every matching role in one list, the median advertised pay inside it, comparing up to four areas side by side, up to ten saved areas with their filters, and daily emails. Business adds new and closed job postings by month inside any area, and which employers are opening or closing job postings there. Individual listings and applications on the main board remain free.
A saved territory keeps your map area and keyword so you can return to it. It appears automatically under Job alerts, in Saved searches & territories. Choose email off, daily or weekly for that same item; you do not need to create a second alert. Daily and weekly describe delivery timing, not different searches.
Yes. The companion city table reports the same locations and counts inside the current territory, and regional openings are listed separately. These controls remain usable on a phone and with a keyboard or screen reader.
