Was: Eight listings were tagged "commission only" while showing a base salary range, and one Stryker posting offering either a base or commission-only pay was tagged commission-only.
Now: A range on a commission-only posting is labeled on-target earnings, and a posting that offers a base as an option is not tagged commission-only.
Was: Said every role on the board was a salaried, W-2 position with a base.
Now: Most roles are salaried; commission-only roles are on the board too, tagged, and can be filtered in or out.
Was: Said the same role never appears twice. Ninety-one requisitions were listed twice, from two hiring platforms, mostly Danaher and Takeda.
Now: A posting is recognized by its application link and by employer, title and city, and the duplicates were merged.
Was: The pay-transparency and degree figures were typed by hand and had drifted fifteen points from the live report.
Now: The figures are read from the same data as the reports, with the date they describe.
Was: 155 Arthrex pages that read "this is not a job posting" — links to independent sales agencies — were listed as jobs.
Now: A page that says it is not a job posting is refused, and the stored ones were removed.
Was: About 118 director and manager postings read as asking for one year of experience, because a management-experience figure was taken as the bar.
Now: A figure about management experience is set aside where a plain experience figure exists.
Was: The "other" row of the majors table was 12% of postings and mostly not majors: "a high degree of integrity" counted as a degree, and the letters "bs" inside ordinary words counted as a bachelor's. "The United States" and "Denver" appeared as fields of study.
Now: The row is 2.8% and lists real fields. The report's method note, which described the opposite of the counting rule, was corrected the same day.
Was: On-target earnings figures — base plus commission at plan — were counted as base salaries in every median on the site.
Now: On-target figures are labeled on the listing and excluded from every salary aggregate.
Was: Eleven roles in India, Germany and England were listed on a US-only board, because a two-letter country code was read as a US state.
Now: A location ending in a country code is refused, and the rule was measured against every live listing before it shipped.
Was: About half the board carried no product line, because the repair pass that fills it had matched nothing for months.
