This page explains how to cancel, what happens to your account and when we refund a payment.
Last updated October 23, 2026.
MedSales Radar is not selling plans right now, and every feature is free. If you still have a Pro or Business subscription, you can cancel it from your account page whenever you like. Canceling Pro takes nothing away while this lasts: every filter, the jobs map’s tools, daily alerts and territory watches stay on for every account. The rest of this page is how canceling works when plans are on sale, and the refund terms below still apply to any payment you have made.
Every listing, the free search and the free jobs map remain available. Pro adds filters for travel, hours and perks, field of study, how a role pays and the background it welcomes, alerts that watch named employers, up to ten territory watches in addition to the main alert, the jobs map's territory tools, and daily or weekly alerts. Business adds hiring velocity, the live openings database, employer scorecards, competitive markets, the market events file, employer hiring alert emails, hiring by area on the jobs map and dataset downloads. When Business ends, its tools, employer hiring alert emails, Monday data email, downloads and live spreadsheet links stop.
Open your account page and choose Manage subscription, then cancel renewal in Stripe’s portal and complete its confirmation. Check your account for the end date. For help or if the portal is unavailable, email contact@medsalesradar.com from your account address.
Paid features remain until the paid period ends. Saved jobs, applications, alert settings and territory watches are not deleted. Your main alert continues weekly. Territory watches (saved areas) pause: they send no email and cannot be changed until you renew, and renewing brings each one back as it was. Named-employer restrictions stop applying, so the main alert can include other employers matching the remaining criteria; selections stay saved for a future upgrade. You can turn the alert off. Separate free entitlements, such as a verified .edu field-of-study filter, still apply.
Account deletion removes account data and first attempts to end any subscription immediately. It does not automatically issue a refund. If cancellation cannot be confirmed, deletion stops with an error so billing can be resolved.
Within 14 days of any payment, including initial payments and renewals on monthly and annual plans, ask for a full refund. No reason is needed. Use the contact form or email contact@medsalesradar.com. Refunds go through Stripe to the card that paid, usually within five to ten working days depending on the bank.
A full refund ends the plan straight away and cancels the subscription, so the next renewal never charges the card. A refund of the charge for switching from Pro to Business leaves the plan as it is.
After 14 days we do not refund part-used periods. If a paid feature was unavailable or not working as described, contact us regardless of the date. No matching jobs does not itself mean a feature is broken.
Stripe may retry and send billing notices. Access depends on subscription status and the paid-through date. Check your account and billing portal. When paid access ends, data remains, the main alert continues weekly and territory watches pause until you renew.
Accounts granted founding status keep paid features permanently at no charge; checkout does not accept payment from them.
We will email before a price change affects you. It applies from the next renewal, not a period already paid for.
