Motiva USA, LLC (Establishment Lab’s American Division) is seeking Surgical Sales Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative international company in hyper-growth as we launch a significant revolution to transform the women´s aesthetics industry.
About the Role:
The Sales Associate supports the sales team in promoting and selling the Motiva USA portfolio to plastic surgeons. This field-based role involves supporting customer relationships, practice development initiatives, patient conversion programs, product education, and clinical case support while partnering closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Surgical Sales Representatives to drive utilization and sales growth. The position requires comfort working within clinical and surgical environments and supporting procedures as needed.
Please note: This is a remote role, and we will be considering candidates located in the Houston, TX area.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage product availability and logistics by tracking inventory levels and coordinating shipments and returns to ensure timely deliveries and minimize stock issues.
Support territory planning by assisting with account segmentation and sales forecasting to help maximize sales opportunities within assigned territories.
Assist with sales presentations by using approved materials to present products to surgeons, promoting product understanding and interest.
Collaborate on lead generation by working closely with sales representatives to identify, qualify, and follow up on leads, driving sales growth and customer acquisition.
Support marketing programs by educating practices and executing promotional initiatives that convert patients to Motiva and enhance overall brand visibility.
Provide practice development support by training front desk teams and Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs), as well as executing consumer-facing programs to improve patient engagement and practice performance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge by staying up to date on portfolio features, clinical benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate product value.
Support surgeon training and clinical procedures by assisting with demonstrations, operating room support, product preparation, and on-site procedural support to ensure accurate product utilization and positive clinical experiences.
Ensure compliance by adhering to company policies, using MLR-approved materials, and following all applicable regulations to maintain ethical standards and policy adherence.
Provide territory coverage support by assisting with account management and field activities during open territories or Surgical Sales Representative absences, including vacations and leaves, to maintain continuity of customer support and business operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Completion of a foundational sales training program or equivalent formal sales training.
Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience.
Ability to be credentialed and work in an operating room environment, including assisting and observing surgical procedures.
Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
Hands-on, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
Ability to work effectively within an evolving and fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience using CRM systems.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including overnight travel as business needs require.
Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle while spending significant time driving throughout the territory.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
