Required Experience
10+ years of healthcare technology and/or services sales experience.
5+ years selling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Practice Management, Clinical Documentation, Virtual Scribe, Population Health, or outsourced healthcare services.
Demonstrated success selling into:
Large independent physician groups
Multi-specialty medical groups
Academic medical groups
Health system-owned ambulatory networks
Value-based care organizations
Consistent track record of achieving 100%+ quota attainment with annual contract values of seven figures.
Ability to uncover operational, financial, and workforce challenges.
Builds business cases tied to:
Revenue improvement

Compensation and Benefits: Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000 and a variable commision. Pay is based on several factors, including current market conditions, location, education, work experience, and certifications. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare, 401(k), and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees).
