WANTED - Inside Sales Associate, Orthopedics & Footcare - (Piedmont Triad, NC)

medi USA is growing, and we need you to join the team!

medi is a market leader in medical devices and is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to support the continued growth of our Orthopedics & Footcare division. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Piedmont Triad area (Greensboro, High Point, Burlington, and surrounding areas) and is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, building customer relationships, and learning clinically oriented products.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will provide daily sales and product support to customers and sales representatives nationwide, and work closely with our Director of Education and Director of Sales on customer follow-up, product questions, and division priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Providing daily sales and product support to customers and sales representatives
• Building relationships with existing customers and following up with prospects and qualified leads
• Generating, qualifying, entering, and routing leads from conferences, trade shows, and other sales activities
• Documenting customer, prospect, and sales activity in our CRM system
• Assisting with orders, product literature, approved samples, and conference preparation
• Learning and maintaining knowledge of our Orthopedics & Footcare product line

Education and/or Experience:

• College degree preferred (Business, Science, or a related field)
• Experience in sales, customer service, account support, healthcare, or business development is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, and a CRM system is helpful
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Transferable skills and a willingness to learn are welcome!
