POSITION SUMMARY:

The National Account Director serves as Rigel�s strategic account leader for Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), large health systems, and organized customers, and manages selected national and regional payer relationships that influence patient access and adoption of Rigel therapies. This field-based position is accountable for optimizing patient access by driving formulary adoption, clinical pathway integration, Electronic Health Record (EHR) optimization, electronic order set development, and coordinated market access strategies across organized customers.

The National Account Director serves as the primary commercial lead for health system engagement, building executive-level relationships with healthcare population decision-makers, including pharmacy leadership, clinical informatics teams, physician leadership, population health executives, Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Committees, and health system administrators. The role also partners with assigned commercial and government payers to ensure aligned access strategies that support patient access and successful implementation across healthcare delivery systems.

Salary Range: $183,000 - $220,000

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The anticipated salary range for this position is National $183,000 to $220,000. The actual salary offered will depend on several factors, including experience, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.

This position is commission-based and is eligible for equity incentive awards, subject to the terms of the applicable plans. This position is not eligible to participate in Rigel's annual bonus program.
