Position Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager, Florida (RSM) will lead a team of high-performing sales representatives promoting Odomzo® (for locally advanced basal cell carcinoma) and Unloxcyt® (for metastatic or locally advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma). This role is responsible for driving regional performance, optimizing product utilization, and ensuring strategic, compliant engagement across oncology and dermatology practices. The RSM will play a key leadership role in building market awareness, expanding patient access, and supporting the successful execution of national launch and growth strategies.

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $112,500 to $215,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of IC Commission Plan and may be eligible for the Receipt of Company Vehicle. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
