Summary
The Regional Business Director will lead the sales specialty team for their Region, managing Account Managers in promoting and selling healthcare products to healthcare providers. The Regional Business Director will be responsible for working with the Marketing and Commercial organizations in development and execution of the sales strategy and serve as a key information holder regarding the marketplace and thus, be able to react appropriately to that market as needed. They will also be responsible for delivering on all contractual obligations as agreed to by the client and Pacira.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, move between spaces, reach with hands and arms and stoop. Close vision and the need to focus on computer screen, use of hands, fingers and wrist to operate laptop and/or iPad or similar technology. Will need to lift and move items weighing up to 20 pounds. Employee will be required to stand for several hours at a time, in close quarters (Operating Room) and will need to navigate safely through complex, crowded and fast moving areas such as hospital corridors, waiting rooms, offices, Pre- and post-surgical areas and Operating Rooms. Ability to move swiftly and safely in areas including Operating Rooms during surgical procedures.
Work Environment
The work setting is a remote office environment. This position requires on-site presence at meetings, conferences, and hospitals.
Benefits
Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this role is $172,000 annually to $225,000 annually. The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications.
