What You Can Expect
As a Product Specialist, you will support the growth and lifecycle management of assigned Zimmer Biomet products by connecting customer, market and commercial insights into practical marketing actions. You will contribute across both upstream and downstream marketing, partnering with Product Management and cross-functional teams to help develop compelling products, launch them effectively and maximize value in the market.
How You'll Create Impact
Support strategic and annual business planning by organizing market information, product performance inputs, customer feedback and competitive intelligence.
Contribute to portfolio management and the innovation pipeline by helping assess customer needs, market opportunities, product concepts and lifecycle priorities.
Support product development and launch planning, including market segmentation, value positioning, business-case inputs, pricing strategy and guidelines, claims roadmaps and launch collateral.
Help translate product strategy into go-to-market plans, including regional launch planning, sales tools, promotional programs and commercial collateral.
Assist with portfolio marketing plans by supporting targeting, positioning, pricing and promotion recommendations for in-market products.
Collect, organize and synthesize voice-of-customer, product, market and field feedback to identify opportunities and inform recommendations.
Maintain current product, competitive and market information in approved company systems and shared resources.
Support product training and education for commercial teams and internal partners by helping prepare materials, coordinate sessions and respond to product questions.
Coordinate information and logistics for appropriate key opinion leader interactions and engagements, in alignment with applicable company policies and processes.
Assist with market and performance analytics, including basic reporting, trend identification and preparation of clear summaries for Product Management and cross-functional partners.
Provide timely and accurate product information and support to internal partners and commercial teams, escalating questions when additional expertise is required.

Your Background
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience in product marketing, marketing, commercial operations, sales enablement, market research or a related field.
Experience supporting product launches, portfolio planning, competitive intelligence, customer insights, marketing analytics or sales tools is preferred.
Familiarity with orthopedic products, surgical procedures, medical-device commercialization or regulated healthcare environments is preferred.
Travel Expectations
Up to 10% travel migth required
Expected compensation for the role is $55,000 - $69,000 base per year plus performance bonus.
