Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Develop a full understanding of all product categories
• Assist Regional Sales Manager and Territory Managers with daily duties such as quotes, dealer communications and installations.
• Assist in preparation for Dealer meetings and Sales Service-related Activities
• Assist in organizing and executing events (i.e., National Trade Shows, dealer offices or dealer events) in his/her area
• Develop progress reports for Sales Leadership and Board
• Establish a reliable partnership with the dealer partners, AT sales team and Melville Team characterized by mutual trust, commitment and honesty
• Create and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, which is valued as being fair to all involved
• Travel with and assist members of the AT Sales Team, Dealer Sales Reps and Service Representatives
• Prospect for new business
• Actively sell or support dealer sale of our products
• Adhere all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes and make sure that they are followed

Core Skills Requirements:

• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Time Management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Communicate effectively and in a timely fashion
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to travel 25%

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
