DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
Work with Quantum Rehab's Field Sales team to support sales growth, market development, education, and customer engagement throughout Texas by focusing on direct field marketing, provider and referral-source development, educational activities, customer engagement, new product initiatives, and identification of new sales opportunities
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Work closely with Regional Product Specialists (RPS), Regional Managers, Clinical Education, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to expand Quantum Rehab's presence with providers, clinicians, referral sources, and other key stakeholders
Field Sales & Market Development
Travel throughout Texas to support Quantum Rehab sales, marketing, educational, and business-development initiatives
Conduct direct field marketing to existing and prospective providers, clinicians, therapists, rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, VA facilities, referral sources, and other organizations involved in Complex Rehab Technology
Develop new relationships with referral sources and customers while strengthening Quantum's presence within existing accounts
Work alongside RPSs and Regional Managers to identify new business opportunities and support territory growth strategies
Identify prospective providers, clinics, referral sources, and other potential customers and assist the sales team in developing those relationships
Conduct consistent follow-up after customer visits, educational programs, demonstrations, marketing activities, and other field events
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and communicate those opportunities to the appropriate RPS and Regional Manager
Sales Team Support & Education
Work directly with RPSs in the field to support provider visits, customer meetings, product demonstrations, educational events, in-services, trade shows, conferences, and other sales activities
Support regional sales initiatives and targeted market-development plans
Assist with execution of new product introductions and strategic product initiatives through customer education, demonstrations, marketing, and follow-up
Help increase the frequency and quality of Quantum customer and referral-source touchpoints throughout Texas
Participate in Veterans Affairs (VA) clinics and other targeted market-development activities as appropriate
Education, Marketing & Customer Engagement
Work with Quantum Clinical Education to identify opportunities for provider and clinician education and assist in coordinating educational programs, in-services, and events
Develop relationships with clinical and referral organizations that may not currently have regular interaction with the Quantum sales organization
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership on local field-marketing initiatives designed to increase Quantum brand and product awareness
Support conferences, industry events, local programs, customer-engagement opportunities, and targeted campaigns within priority markets
Gather customer feedback, competitive information, and market intelligence and communicate findings to the appropriate Sales and Marketing teams
Reporting & Communication
Maintain accurate documentation of customer and referral-source activity within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Track field activity, customer engagement, educational programs, opportunities generated, and other agreed-upon performance measurements
Provide regular updates to Sales Leadership regarding field activity, opportunities, competitive activity, market feedback, and progress against established objectives
Communicate product quality concerns or customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams
Maintain consistent communication with RPSs, Regional Managers, Clinical Education, Marketing, and Sales Leadership
Professional Development & General Responsibilities
Develop a strong working knowledge of Quantum Rehab products, clinical applications, competitive products, funding considerations, and the Complex Rehab Technology industry
Participate in company product, clinical, sales, and professional-development training and seek coaching from experienced field and leadership teams
Maintain cost-effective time and expense management and submit required travel itineraries and expense reports.
Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and promptly report any accidents, incidents, or injuries to management
Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
Focus on continuous improvement, demonstrate good business judgment, and work effectively with all Pride Mobility Products and Quantum Rehab departments
Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

Work independently in a field-based environment while collaborating effectively across Sales, Clinical Education, Marketing, and other departments
Travel extensively throughout Texas, including overnight travel when necessary, and occasionally outside the state as business needs dictate
Transport demonstration equipment and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Must have:

A valid driver's license and meet company requirements for operating a vehicle
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

PREFERRED SKILLS
Basic knowledge of Quantum Rehab products or the Mobility/Durable Medical Equipment/ Complex Rehab Technology industry preferred
Fluency in Spanish preferred

At least 6 months of experience presenting, leading groups, participating in organizations, or developing professional relationships preferred
At least 6 months of internship, part-time and/or volunteer experience in athletics, customer service, marketing, hospitality or healthcare preferred
REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED
PREFERRED EDUCATION
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A strong interest in medical device sales, healthcare, rehabilitation, assistive technology, or Complex Rehab Technology preferred
