The Regional Director, I & I is the direct manager and strategic field leader for a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers supporting Pfizer’s I & I portfolio. FRMs report directly to this role and operate under its strategic direction, day-to-day guidance, compliance oversight, and performance management. The Regional Director leads a team of field-based access leaders who integrate patient journey ownership, reimbursement subject matter expertise, payer-policy navigation, HCP office education, and account-level access strategy to remove barriers and improve appropriate patient access.

The Regional Director is accountable for the full patient access experience delivered by the team — from patient enrollment and needs assessment through therapy initiation, continuation, case resolution, and HCP office engagement. This leader sets the strategic vision and operational standards for the FRM team in alignment with the Pfizer Specialty Care Patient Solutions Access and Reimbursement plan, brand priorities, and compliance requirements. The Regional Director ensures FRMs operate in close coordination with Field Sales, Key Account Directors, hub partners, Patient Solutions, Market Access, Brand, Legal/Compliance, and other cross-functional stakeholders — bringing field credibility, coaching expertise, reimbursement depth, and a patient-first mindset to every element of the role.

All activities performed in this role must be conducted in accordance with Pfizer's Patient Support Roles Approval SOP, applicable healthcare compliance guidelines, and approved role scope. This position operates under the oversight of the National Access & Reimbursement National Lead and in coordination with Commercial Solutions Platform (CSP) Legal as required.

All regional FRMs activities must also comply with OIG guidelines, PhRMA Code, and applicable federal and state regulations. The Regional Director is responsible for monitoring team activity and documentation for compliance adherence and ensuring completion of all required compliance training.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $189,200.00 to $315,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
