Purpose and Scope

The VP Sales and Marketing, US Oncology/Breast Cancer is responsible for leading the US launch and commercialization strategy for a new breast cancer product planned for introduction in 2027. This executive will own the end-to-end commercial strategy, including brand strategy, sales leadership, launch readiness, forecasting, and cross-functional execution, to establish a strong foundation for a successful US oncology launch.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with deep US oncology experience, strong breast cancer market understanding, and a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams. This role carries full P&L responsibility for the brand and direct leadership of a field organization, with accountability for launch performance, market adoption, and long-term brand growth.

Tolmar compensation programs are focused on equitable, fair pay practices, including market-based base pay and a strong benefits package. The final compensation offered may vary from the posted range based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between ($250,000 to 350,000/year); however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/26 through 12/31/26, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
