The Inside Sales Specialist supports the execution of commercial special projects, initiatives, and programs designed to support customer engagement strategies, opportunities, and approaches across CorMedix products.
This role is responsible for executing defined special projects, commercial initiatives, and program activities, engaging targeted healthcare customers through virtual channels, documenting outcomes and customer feedback, and providing insights to help evaluate program effectiveness. This role will monitor assigned program performance against established commercial objectives and success measures, identifying trends, barriers, and opportunities to improve execution and results. Working closely with Inside Sales leadership and cross-functional partners, the Inside Sales Specialist will support the successful implementation and assessment of special projects, commercial initiatives, and programs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take ownership of assigned commercial projects and initiatives by executing targeted customer engagement strategies, identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and driving results aligned with defined program objectives.
Develop and execute targeted account engagement plans, identify relevant healthcare stakeholders, uncover customer needs and barriers, and pursue opportunities aligned with project and program objectives.
Virtually engage targeted healthcare professionals and other stakeholders through phone, video, email, and approved digital platforms using compliant, customer-focused communication techniques.
Translate customer feedback, engagement outcomes, and execution challenges into actionable insights and recommendations.
Support the execution of pilot programs designed to evaluate new customer engagement strategies and commercial approaches, capturing customer feedback, outcomes, and key learnings to help assess effectiveness and inform future commercial initiatives.
Execute approved customer outreach strategies and messaging in support of special project and program objectives.
Build relationships with targeted customers and identify relevant customer needs, opportunities, barriers, and feedback.
Educate customers on approved product information, clinical data, reimbursement resources, and available company programs using compliant promotional messaging.
Utilize CRM data, customer insights, and other available information to prioritize and execute assigned outreach activities.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions, activities, outcomes, and feedback within CRM and other designated systems.
Track defined special project and program activities and performance measures and provide regular updates to Inside Sales leadership.
Gather and communicate customer feedback, observations, trends, and learnings that may help assess the effectiveness of special projects and initiatives and inform future commercial strategies.
Identify execution challenges or opportunities during special projects, commercial initiatives, and programs and escalate findings to leadership as appropriate.
Collaborate with Inside Sales Leadership, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and other cross-functional partners, as appropriate, to support special projects, commercial initiatives, and program execution.
Participate in training and develop the product, customer, and marketplace knowledge necessary to effectively execute assigned initiatives.
Adapt to changes in project design, customer targets, messaging, or execution approach based on business needs and learnings.
Support additional commercial projects or special initiatives based on evolving organizational priorities.
Maintain administrative responsibilities in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required; degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
3 years of clinical experience in the last 8 years (licensed and/or credentialed health care provider, e.g., RN, BSN, NP, PA, RPH, ASCP, etc.) or 5+ years of inside sales experience.
Previous inside sales, customer engagement, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related commercial experience preferred.
Experience engaging customers through phone, video, email, or other virtual channels preferred.
Experience working within defined programs, projects, pilots, or other structured initiatives preferred.
Experience utilizing CRM systems and documenting customer interactions preferred.
Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare industry experience preferred.
Ability to quickly develop an understanding of healthcare customers, CorMedix products, and assigned project objectives.
