Overview:

As a member of the US Commercial Team, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving the commercial growth of Kuros products within an assigned region by identifying, recruiting, and developing customer relationships. This role serves as the primary point of contact for independent distributors and representatives, providing ongoing support and fostering strong partnerships to expand market presence and achieve sales objectives. The RSM will manage their region through individual efforts by assisting the Area Sales Director in recruiting, training, and managing a network of independent distributors, as well as recruiting new orthopedic and neurosurgeons to support business growth.

Territory:

The territory for this position covers Houston, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, Lubbock, and Albuquerque areas. The ideal candidate should reside in the Houston/Austin Texas area.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000. Employees are also eligible for incentive compensation, with projected first-year incentive compensation ranging from $100,000-$140,000, with total target comp range being $220,000-$290,000 subject to performance and plan terms.
